How Fruit Fundraising Works
A QUICK OVERVIEW
You are invited to become a part of our family of fundraising friends and reserve boxes of the
sweetest, juiciest fruit anywhere. This is truly fruit that you, as a fundraiser, can be proud
of. We have two different fundraising programs that you may use together or separately to reach
or surpass your fundraising goals.
Truckload Fundraising is the quickest method to raise large sums of money!
We provide you with as low a price as possible and then you mark up the price according to the
amount of money you wish to raise. Take orders and let us know exactly what you need or purchase
a truckload and set up at a local business or mall. (We provide customized order forms for your
group!) Either way, a truckload of citrus will be shipped to your designated area for you to distribute.
Payment for your truckload will be due 10 days from the time of truckload delivery.
Online Fundraising is the easiest method to raise money…
…and it even works outside your local area! When you sign up, we provide you with a free
web page that you can customize with your group's name and message. All you do is get the word
out to everyone you know to go to your web page and purchase gifts or items from the online catalog.
We process all the payments, take care of all deliveries, and handle every customer service issue
that might occur. You receive $4.00 for every item ordered.
Commitment to Customer Service is top priority and a key to our success.
- The freshest fruit possible is sent to you. Your fruit is not picked until you place your
order, and we examine it closely to make sure you receive only the best fruit.
- Your order receives personal attention. When it is loaded onto the truck, a trained staff
person (or many times even the owner!) oversees the loading to make sure that you are sent the
correct fruit and that it is loaded carefully.
- Extra fruit is included free just in case it is needed. We include 1% extra fruit with your
order. If there is any problem with the fruit when it arrives, you can replace it on the spot!
- Live customer service is important. Anytime you have questions, speak with your fundraising
representative or call us toll free at 1-888-999-8726. We are always happy to help.

DOING YOUR FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

There are two ways to sign up.

- Click here to download the information packet. Fill out the form on the back page and fax
it to 1-775-640-8531.
Once we receive your information, we will set up your account and email login information for
your online account.
Log In and Set Up Your Fundraiser!
Log into your online account. (If you do not have internet access or are not sure of what to
do, your fundraising representative will be glad to help.) Once you log in, complete a few short
steps to set up and customize your fundraiser.
- Verify your group and payment information are correct.
- Fill out the Group information form.
- If you are doing a truckload fundraiser, use our Truckload Setup Form to choose the types
of fruit that you wish to sell and how much you want to charge for each type.
- Within 48 hours, your order forms, letters and any other materials will be emailed to you.
They only show the fruit that you are selling at the prices you set and even the sample letters
to send home are set up so that you enter your information and then get a letter ready to be
copies onto your letterhead! Please note: Your email address you give us must be correct.
Your materials will be emailed to you in Adobe Acrobat Reader format (.pdf).
Do Your Fundraiser
TRUCKLOAD FUNDRAISING
- Take orders for your fruit
- Use your purchase order form in your online account to send us your total order. Fax it to
775-640-8531.
- Parker will send your truckload of fruit
- Deliver the fruit and collect your money
- Within 7-14 days, you will receive a bill for the fruit. Payment is due on receipt.
ONLINE FUNDRAISING
- Promote your fundraiser
- Send letters home with your group members
- Promote your online fundraiser through friends, family, businesses and organizations,
and any other method that you can think of. (Mass emailing is prohibited!)
- Contact people anywhere in the world. Because we handle all the deliveries and collections,
you can tell people you know who live outside your local area!
- Parker will process and deliver all online orders directly to the recipients. You don't even
have to deliver!
- Monitor your sales through your online account.
- Parker will cut you a commission check.
Getting Payment
TRUCKLOAD FUNDRAISING
You collect your money up front with truckload fundraising.
ONLINE FUNDRAISING
Once per month, Parker cuts checks for the commissions for online sales. Your checks will come
automatically. Please note that fruit season begins in November. Therefore, the first checks each
season begin in January. (If you need other arrangements, please call 1-888-EAT-CITRUS.)
